Evechon Music Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Evechon Music application (the “App”) handles information when it connects to TikTok on behalf of the Evechon Music account owner. The App is operated solely by Evechon Music to publish its own original music content.

1. Who this App is for

The App is a private, single-operator tool. It authorizes only the Evechon Music account owner’s own TikTok account in order to upload and publish Evechon Music’s original songs and short video clips. It is not offered to, or used by, third-party end users.

2. Information we access

When you authorize the App through TikTok Login Kit, the App may access:

• Basic profile information (display name, avatar, open ID) via the user.info.basic scope, used only to confirm the connected account.
• The ability to upload and publish video content to the connected account via the video.upload and video.publish scopes.

The App does not collect, sell, or share personal data with any third party. It does not read your followers, messages, or browsing activity.

3. How we use information

Information and access tokens are used only to (a) confirm which account is connected and (b) upload and publish Evechon Music’s own video content to TikTok. Access tokens are stored locally on the operator’s own computer and are never transmitted to any third party.

4. Data retention and deletion

Access tokens are kept locally only as long as needed to operate the App and can be revoked at any time from your TikTok account settings under “Manage app permissions.” Revoking access immediately stops all App access.

5. Data security

Credentials and tokens are stored locally and are not shared. Communication with TikTok uses TikTok’s official, encrypted API endpoints.

6. Third-party services

The App interacts with the TikTok API. Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok’s own privacy policy.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
