Evechon Music Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Evechon Music application (the “App”), a private tool operated by Evechon Music to publish its own original music content to TikTok.

1. Purpose

The App connects to Evechon Music’s own TikTok account through TikTok’s official APIs (Login Kit and Content Posting API) to upload and publish Evechon Music’s original songs and short video clips, and to keep that content coordinated with the Evechon Music YouTube channel.

2. Authorized use

The App is intended for use only by Evechon Music with its own account and its own content. It is not a public service and does not act on behalf of any third party.

3. Content ownership

All music and video content published through the App is original work owned by, or properly licensed to, Evechon Music. Evechon Music is responsible for ensuring all published content complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

4. Compliance with TikTok

Use of the App is subject to TikTok’s Developer Terms, Community Guidelines, and platform policies. The App accesses TikTok only through approved, official API endpoints and requested scopes.

5. No warranty

The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Evechon Music is not liable for any interruption, data loss, or issue arising from use of the App or the TikTok platform.

6. Termination

Access can be revoked at any time by the account owner from TikTok’s “Manage app permissions” settings, which immediately ends the App’s access.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
